IT Project Coordinator
6+ Month Contract
Irving, Texas

We have an IMMEDIATE job opening for an IT Project Coordinator to work on-site at our client’s North America HQs in Irving, Texas.  This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic company that is number one in its industry and become part of a dynamic IT team that is integral to the company’s operations and success.  The ideal candidate will report and learn from the Sr. IT Project Manager and assist in facilitating meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. This position requires exceptional soft skills and a passion for keeping organized, as you will interact with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Project Coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Process improvement experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with JIRA / Confluence
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project approaches and methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to “read between the lines”
  • Relationship building and maintaining – our team strives for a pleasant working environment that is service / helping oriented
  • Microsoft Office – heavy usage of Teams / Outlook / PowerPoint
  • AI experience – plus
  • A strong sense of patience and the ability to remain positive under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
