We have an IMMEDIATE new job opening for a certified Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator to join our team and work remotely for our global client.  We are looking for someone with a background in CTI and Omni Channel.  The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users, can pivot quickly, and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical documents and solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Service Cloud Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions using Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization, with a focus on CTI, Omni Channel, Flow, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
  • Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain data security and user access.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, performing regular data cleansing and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform data analysis, and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.

Required Skills
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CTI, Omni Channel, Service Cloud, Flow, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • 2+ years of having the Salesforce Administrator certification – required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (App Builder, Omni Channel, etc.) – plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) – plus.
  • Proficient in creating and managing workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of data management practices, data quality, and data security.
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
