We have a new job opening for a Data Analyst to join our client’s team full-time and work in a hybrid setting in their Fort Worth, TX HQs.  We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive business growth and performance. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting complex data analysis, identifying trends and patterns, and generating actionable insights and recommendations. You will also collaborate with other analysts, managers, and stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions and strategies.

You should also have experience in working with large data sets, using various data analysis tools and techniques, and presenting and reporting your findings in a clear and concise manner. You should also have a keen interest in learning new skills and staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
•   Data Analysis & Insights: Perform SQL-based analysis on business data across various domains (operations, finance, etc.), using complex queries to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Leverage Power BI to visualize and communicate insights derived from these analyses.
•   Problem Solving with SQL, Power BI & Excel: Utilize advanced SQL techniques (such as subqueries, joins, and window functions) along with Power BI’s DAX and Power Query to solve complex business problems, generate predictive models, and optimize business outcomes.
•   Data Quality Management: Develop and enforce SQL-based data validation rules and queries, and integrate Power BI to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy of data across disparate data sources. Maintain data pipelines that support reliable reporting.
•   End-to-End Project Management: Lead the design, development, and deployment of SQL-driven projects, from requirements gathering through to production. Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for integrating disparate data sources, ensuring smooth data flow between systems and Power BI for visualization.
•   Reporting & Presentation: Create dynamic and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, using SQL as the underlying data source. Present key insights and recommendations to senior management, clients, and stakeholders, providing actionable, data-driven strategies.
•   Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with business units and technical teams to understand requirements and integrate data from disparate sources. Use SQL to clean, join, and transform data, then use Power BI to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
•   Research & Innovation: Continuously explore new SQL techniques, Power BI features, and integration methods for working with disparate data sources (including cloud platforms, relational databases, APIs, etc.) to improve efficiency and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
•   5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or SQL centric role
•   Proficient in using various data analysis tools and software, primarily (SQL & Power BI)
•   Ability to work with large and complex data sets and perform data manipulation, transformation, and cleaning
•   Ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills
•   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•   Curious, creative, and critical thinker with a passion for data and analytics
•   Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
