We have a new job opening for an SAP Source to Pay Business Analyst.  This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity for one of our global clients headquartered in Irving, Texas.  They are the leader in their industry, and this will be a chance to become part of a huge initiative that is integral to their operations and success.  This SAP Source to Pay Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating successful project delivery including the planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects within established budget and schedule. Utilizing Project Management methodologies, while managing all project team members (organizational resources and engaged third party vendors/consultants) to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals. Supporting the execution and coordinating the projects of multiple team members and leaders in the efforts to drive operational efficiencies and provide solutions to a variety of business challenges. Overseeing relevant project documents and deliverables and report on progress throughout the project life cycle. We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to listen, assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role, you will analyze current practices (both offline and online within the SAP and supporting systems) and develop business process improvement recommendations. You will be gathering data about project progress and producing reports, developing standards and processes, encouraging the use of those standards and processes as well as managing resources for projects. You should be a skilled communicator and be adept at business analysis and process embedment, an exceptional continuous improvement thinker who will understand the latest management methodologies and embody top leadership principles and styles in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute project improvement initiatives resulting in high quality deliverables completed consistently on schedule, resulting in quantifiable results/savings.
  • Work with other members of the team to distribute workload and define project expectations.
  • Manage project improvement initiatives with the larger team on a day-to-day basis, within deadlines set during scoping.
  • Continually and proactively communicate updates on project statuses and issues to the team members, via regular communications and status reports.
  • Recommend alternative solutions and translate complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples.
  • Set clear process standard including harmonization, governance, and compliance.
  • Partner with the Group Departments and local SSC teams to develop, enhance, and simplify processes, including approval and oversight of all process changes.
  • Identify gaps between existing and target processes and recommend process improvement areas.
  • Facilitate sessions with employees, subject matter experts, and/or business owners ensuring mutual understanding of objectives and priorities.
  • Work with Process Owner, Financial Shared Services Center (SSC), and business organization streams to map business and functional requirements to standard application implementations and infrastructure technologies as required.
  • Identify industry leading practices that can strengthen service delivery (i.e. structure, process, technology).
  • Manage appropriate resources and stakeholder relationships, establish, and monitor SLAs, KPIs, PPIs.
  • Foster a team environment and with a mindset that supports process transformation and continuous improvement with an excellent employee/customer relationship.
  • Travel to business locations as appropriate and as necessary to gather information on user needs and observe the degree of process embedment.
  • Provide thought leadership for ways to bring automation in key financial transactions and lead the charge to bring new innovations in the areas (e.g., RPA).

REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years' experience in SAP business end to end process.
  • 5+ years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
  • Experience with Source to Pay (S2P) reporting suite.
  • Extensive knowledge of Global Purchasing process from RfQ, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order to Account Payable process.
  • Extensive knowledge of the following system functionality: SAP MM module, Ariba Procurement System and Basware Invoice Processing.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting processes – a plus.
  • Focused on results, controls, process efficiency and standardization.
  • Experience planning, deploying, and delivering projects in a corporate or large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Capability to effectively manage resources and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow project management methodology, plan and implement projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Good understanding of accepted operational and financial business practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint as a project collaboration tool and dashboard.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and CAPPM Clarity.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM Certifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of cement, ready-mix, aggregates, and concrete products operations and the corresponding business processes.
  • Finance, Controlling and Reporting.
