We have an IMMEDIATE new job opening for a Program Manager to join our team and work onsite for our client located in the Irving/Las Colinas, TX area.  We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of two new Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across multiple brands within the organization. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, testing, training, and deployment, while managing a dedicated Project Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of the POS implementation program across multiple brands.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Partner with technical teams working in Java, JavaScript, and cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
  • Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and manage workflows through Azure DevOps.
  • Drive the program’s business and technical objectives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and rollout.
  • Manage training initiatives, testing phases, and go-live readiness across all brands.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a Project Manager assigned to this program.
  • Report progress, risks, and key metrics to executive leadership.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years of program management experience in a technical/business environment.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Experience managing POS or similar large-scale system implementations.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft-centric organization.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS & Azure) and enterprise Microsoft stack.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java and JavaScript development environments.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
