IMMEDIATE NEW JOB opening for a Software Test Engineer to join our team and work in a hybrid role at our client’s global HQs in Memphis, TN.  Remote is an option for the right candidate.  You will be responsible for monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve any issues as well as conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets product business, quality standards as well as functional requirements. This role will be responsible for designing test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.  This will be a hybrid manual/automated test role with about 60% focused manual and 40% automated focus.  There will be some API testing, less than 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement test plans, manual/automation, and validation strategies
  • Identify and investigate issues found during testing
  • Work closely with software developers and software quality analyst to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing

Required Skills: 
  • 2-3 years of manual and automated testing experience
  • Java
  • Jenkins
  • Selenium Web Driver
  • Stash
  • Cypress
  • Some UAT testing
  • Some API testing
  • Bachelor’s Degree – highly preferred
  • Great verbal and written communication
