IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING for a Sr. Analytics Technology Analyst to join our team and work on-site in a hybrid capacity (3 days/week) at our client’s global HQs based out of Addison, Texas.  This role will support unifying the team’s platform management including processes, enablement, and measures of success to maximize platform efficiency and scale across knowledge, resources, processes, and capabilities. Led by the Director of Analytics Technology, you will assist in identifying and resolving shared pain points across managed tools. This includes streamlining and optimizing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency, productivity, and performance. You will also develop and support documentation and enablement processes and standardize support and enablement for analytics and technology teams across supported tools. Additionally, you will support establishing metrics measuring efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage ongoing operational processes, including recurring meetings, project reviews, office hours, and project showcases, and vendor management and business reviews.
  • In partnership with Analytics Product, identify and implement a consistent method for intake, prioritization, project planning, communication, audits, and steering across technology teams
  • Support documentation and enablement including documenting roles, processes, functions, and stakeholders, and standardizing support and enablement for analytics and technology teams across supported tool
  • Build and maintain a SharePoint portal documenting the aforementioned ensuring it is organized and easy to navigate; work with team members to identify and document knowledge gaps and create new content as needed; ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our organization's guidelines and standards; monitor and analyze usage statistics to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for changes as needed; train and support users on how to effectively use the SharePoint knowledge base.
  • Administer JIRA projects and Confluence; manage user permissions and enablement; generate reports in JIRA and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement; partner with Tech enablement to support teams in utilizing JIRA for demand, prioritization, and work management.
  • Develop and document a tiered communication framework and response plan for technology teams to use to communicate upgrades, outages, and minor platform issues.
  • Support establishing metrics measuring efficiency and scale, such as quantifying tool usage and generating automated reporting to leadership; comparing tool usage against goals.
  • Provide consultation and support to Users/teams on effective project management practices in JIRA.

Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of Agile Project Management
  • 3 years’ experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • Some experience with JQL, building boards, and the bulk edit tool.
  • JIRA project automation experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Confluence macros.
  • One year experience as a Jira project administrator, including configuration/customization of a team project; managing sprints and releases; user management; JQL and reporting; configuring workflows.
  • SharePoint experience including experience designing and developing SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts; Knowledge of SharePoint permissions and security; Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint.
