IMMEDIATE new job opening for a Business System Analyst.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work in a hybrid capacity for our global client whose HQs is in Addison, Texas.  This role will work within the hospitality space as a Business Analyst and will be responsible for technical requirements gathering, writing user stories, setting up meetings, managing tickets, overseeing deliverables, and assisting with test results.  This person will be working with business, technology, and the design teams.  This team is focused on delivering functionality in the inventory space.  The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented and great at gathering requirements. 

Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Solid experience gathering technical requirements and drafting user stories
  • Experience managing testing efforts and taking requirements from management
  • Experience writing user stories, setting up meetings, managing tickets, seeing deliverables through, assisting with test results review
  • Experience with JIRA & Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, Outlook, familiar with web/mobile (application is not mobile currently)
  • Experience working with product management and product owners
  • Familiar with API structure and how it works – highly preferred
  • Hospitality and/or inventory experience – highly preferred
