AI Solutions Engineer

We have an IMMEDIATE new job opening for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our client located in Irving, TX.  We are looking for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic AI and LLM Data Engineer with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to drive innovation at the intersection of data science, generative AI, and enterprise systems. This role demands someone who can seamlessly translate complex AI solutions into meaningful business outcomes, communicate insights effectively, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong AI knowledge that can communicate effectively about AI technology to a non-AI audience.  We need someone with business analyst knowledge centered around leading an AI project and presenting status updates on a regular basis and continuing to push a project around challenges they might face.  Lastly, we are seeking someone that also has other technologies they are well versed with to see if they can do multi-projects and/or pivot if we need to move to a non-AI project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines supporting GenAI and LLM (Large Language Model) applications.
  • Lead integration projects involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems with GenAI tools.
  • Act as a bridge between AI/engineering teams and business stakeholders—translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to prepare, clean, and manage datasets for training and deploying AI models.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance on best practices in AI and data engineering.
  • Present technical solutions and business insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, and data engineering, and assess their impact on business processes.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in an AI-focused role, with hands-on work in GenAI and LLM technologies.
  • Strong background in databases, data modeling, and integration with platforms like Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of data science workflows and the AI lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional or technical teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools.
